Parents are being urged to make sure they submit their applications on time for the best chance of getting one of their preferred primary schools for the September intake.
The deadline to apply for those wishing to apply for a place at Linton Mead Primary School is mid January of each academic year.
Families who have children born between 1 September and 31 August (primary Reception) can make their application, and receive online support for the application process, on the Royal Greenwich Borough admissions website.
